When the tracking rule is placed in one of these slots, the straightedge of the tracking rule always points to a vanishing point. This means students don’t need to set up or even think about vanishing points – they are automatic! And, with the Ellipse Template (sold separately), students can also draw perspective circles, enabling them to create a variety of 3-D drawings with the correct proportions.
